· Cancellation requests are liable to be entertained only within 72 hours from the time of placing the order. However, if the order has already been placed to the vendors and they have initiated the shipping process, No cancellation request shall be entertained.
· In case of orders placed under same day delivery category, there is no scope for cancellation whatsoever.
· There will be no cancellation of orders for products that are obtained by marketing team of travbae.com on special tours.
· If you have any grievances about the quality of the trip received as, It is not at par with your expectations, the same should be brought to our knowledge within 24 hours of completion of the trip. Our team shall look into the matter and appropriate decision shall be taken. Our decision shall be binding and final in this regard.
· Travbae.com shall not be responsible for any Visa rejections and the hotel booking cancellation policy shall remain same in such cases.
· Refunds shall be made only in cases where there has been the exclusion of services by the booking agent. Under no other circumstances, any refunds shall be made.
· In case a part package is booked outside travbae.com, no claim shall stand against travbae.com about the services.
· If as a result of unforeseen circumstances, the traveler has to pay for the inclusions of the package, refunds shall be made to the customers on submission of required receipts, provided the same was informed by the customer to the travel agent
· In case the local attractions are closed for maintenance/strikes/curfews/natural calamities or any reason incapable of being foreseen by ordinary diligence, travbae.com shall try its best to reimburse the appropriate amounts. However, any such reimbursement is subject to our discretion and no legal claim can be made whatsoever.
